AMC Cloud HOA Platform ("AMC Cloud," "we," "our," or "us") provides communication, access management, governance, and operational support services for homeowners associations ("HOAs"), condominium associations, gated communities, and residential property management operations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when residents, guests, vendors, property managers, board members, committee members, and community administrators use the AMC Cloud platform, website, mobile applications, social features, AI-powered tools, electronic voting systems, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Resident Verification and Account Eligibility

Access to AMC Cloud platform features may require verification of residency, ownership, tenancy, or authorization within a participating HOA or residential community.

AMC Cloud may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that cannot be verified or that violate community rules, platform policies, or security requirements. Users may not impersonate residents, board members, committee members, vendors, guests, property managers, or association representatives.

Residents are responsible for protecting login credentials and maintaining accurate account information.

Community Social Features and User Content

AMC Cloud may provide community-interaction features including:

Polls & surveys
Resident interaction features
These features are intended exclusively for verified HOA residents and authorized community participants. Users who post content through community features are solely responsible for the information they submit, including comments, photographs, messages, attachments, polls, or other materials (“User Content”).

AMC Cloud reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose User Content for purposes including:

Community safety
Rule enforcement
Harassment prevention
Fraud prevention
Security investigations
Platform integrity
Compliance with HOA rules
Compliance with legal obligations
Users should not post confidential, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, harassing, abusive, or misleading content. AMC Cloud does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Content posted by residents or community participants.

User Content may be retained for audit, operational, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Electronic Voting and Governance Functions

AMC Cloud may provide electronic voting, consent, proxy, polling, quorum tracking, survey, board election, amendment approval, and governance-related functionality for participating HOAs and residential associations. Electronic voting features are intended to support compliance with applicable HOA governing documents and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing community associations, electronic voting, and member communications.

To support election integrity and auditability, AMC Cloud may collect and retain:

Certain voting records may be retained as official association records in accordance with applicable law, governing documents, records-retention requirements, or instructions from the HOA or property management organization. AMC Cloud acts solely as a technology platform provider and does not independently certify election validity, determine voter eligibility, interpret governing documents, or provide legal advice regarding election procedures or outcomes.

Each HOA, association, board, election committee, inspector, property manager, or legal counsel remains responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and governing documents.

AI-Powered Information Features

AMC Cloud may provide AI-assisted informational tools designed to help residents, board members, committees, and property managers locate or understand information contained within:

HOA governing documents
Rules and regulations
Architectural standards
Policies and procedures
Florida Statutes
Community operational materials
AI-generated responses are automated informational outputs generated by software systems and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or incomplete interpretations.

AI-generated content is provided solely for general informational and convenience purposes and does not constitute:

Legal advice
Professional advice
Official HOA interpretations
Binding governance determinations
Regulatory guidance
Attorney-client communications
Users should independently review applicable governing documents, statutes, official HOA communications, and qualified legal counsel before relying on AI-generated responses for legal, financial, architectural, enforcement, election, or governance matters. In the event of any inconsistency between AI-generated responses and official governing documents, statutes, recorded covenants, bylaws, rules, resolutions, or legal advice, the official governing documents and applicable law shall control.

AMC Cloud does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
